Welcome to PixelSqueeze: Compress to KB (“we”, “our”, or “the App”), developed and published by Angs Corp.

PixelSqueeze is a precision image optimization and compression utility engineered to reduce image file sizes (JPG, PNG, WebP) to exact target kilobyte thresholds. PixelSqueeze is designed strictly on a 100% on-device, local processing architecture.

Zero Cloud Uploads: Every compression algorithm, image resize, color quantization, and EXIF metadata stripping operation occurs strictly within your device hardware's memory. Your personal photos, documents, and images are never transmitted to or processed on developer servers or remote cloud APIs.

2. Data Handled & Storage Permissions

PixelSqueeze interacts only with the images you explicitly pick for compression:

3. Third-Party Services

PixelSqueeze processes images fully offline. The following third-party service is integrated with complete data isolation:

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

PixelSqueeze displays advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads.
Data Processed: Google may collect advertising identifiers and device metrics for ad serving, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Consent Management: We integrate Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain GDPR and CCPA consent.
Zero Image Access: The ad SDK runs in a sandboxed context and has zero access to your selected photos, thumbnails, compressed files, or file paths.

4. Local Storage Architecture, Data Theft Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice: PixelSqueeze operates 100% locally. Angs Corp operates no servers, image storage buckets, or cloud databases holding your photos. Because your images remain exclusively on your device, Angs Corp bears no legal responsibility or liability for any data theft, loss, corruption, or unauthorized access occurring on your device.

4.1 Zero Server Custody

Angs Corp never receives, views, or stores your photos. You retain full, exclusive custody and ownership over all original and compressed images.

4.2 Disclaimer Regarding Device Compromise & Local Storage

Angs Corp is not liable or responsible for:

Physical Device Theft or Loss: Physical theft of your phone or unauthorized access while unlocked.
Malware & Malicious Apps: Third-party spyware, gallery scrapers, or file sync utilities that access photos on your device.
File System or OS Corruption: Storage failure, accidental file deletion by the user, or third-party gallery bugs.
Rooted or Modified Environments: Bypassed sandbox protections on rooted, jailbroken, or tampered operating systems.

4.3 "AS IS" Warranty and Statutory Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIXELSQUEEZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL Angs Corp BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION OR LOSS OF IMAGES.

5. User Control & Data Deletion

You have direct and complete control over all image files:

Compressed images are saved to your chosen local folder and can be deleted by you at any time via your device's file manager.
Temporary compression cache files are cleared immediately upon application close.
Uninstalling the app removes all application sandbox caches and settings.

6. Children's Privacy

PixelSqueeze is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA). We do not collect personal data from children or any users.
