AppShield is a standalone, local-first mobile security scanner, privacy auditor, and system optimization utility. It is designed to inspect installed applications, calculate heuristic risk scores, audit dangerous sensor and system permissions, detect sideloaded APKs, boost system memory, and clean residual junk files. AppShield is architected strictly as a 100% on-device, zero-telemetry utility.
Zero-Server Architecture: All package scanning, heuristic risk calculation, memory optimization, and permission audits are executed locally on your device hardware. Your list of installed applications and device telemetry are never transmitted to, inspected by, or stored on Angs Corp servers or any external third-party cloud.
AppShield only accesses information strictly required to perform on-device security scans, privacy audits, and device maintenance upon your initiation:

Important Legal Notice: AppShield operates exclusively as an on-device heuristic assessment utility. Angs Corp operates no backend servers holding your device data, application lists, or scan logs. Because all operations remain on your device, Angs Corp bears no legal responsibility or liability for any data theft, malware infection, unauthorized access, or loss occurring on your device.
AppShield does not transmit, back up, or duplicate your installed application inventory, file structures, or risk metrics to any remote server. Angs Corp has no custody, knowledge, or capability to view or restore your on-device scan history.
Under no circumstances shall Angs Corp be held liable for:

IN NO EVENT SHALL Angs Corp BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
Because AppShield stores audit reports and preferences only on your device, you have complete control over all data:
AppShield is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA). We do not collect personal information from any user.
